Out with the Old in with the New

We have updated our phone system here at Steiner Tractor Parts from analog to an IP system. The new MiVoice 5330e has a multitude of features and a system we are happy to say should streamline your phone experience when calling us.

Yesterday everyone on site went thru a training session and today we went live with the new system. We know this system will benefit our customers with quicker answering and hold time, but we do ask your patience the first week during our learning curve 😉
