Restoring Family Memories with the Oliver Super 77
|
Working with my wife and daughters in the early 1990s, we would pick up hay for the horses using our Oliver Super 77 pulling our trailer.
I’m the third generation on this 112 year old family farm. I still use the Oliver Super 77 tractor that my grandfather bought new in 1955. (I have the dealer’s delivery slip mounted on the back of the tractor.) The photo below shows the same tractor after it was restored around 2005.

The tractor still starts right up. I drive it around my yard, the neighborhood, and occasionally participate in parades. It’s definitely a part of our family.
