1966 John Deere 3020 Diesel

I have owned this 1966 Western 3020 Diesel for about 5 years, it’s been a great tractor and so much fun to operate, but best of all it reminds me so much of my dads 3020 that I operated alot on his farm as a teenager…it hit me again today as I was running it how it just sounds exactly like my dads did!!! This one has a pretty easy life now as I mostly use it for harrowing and raking. I am the 2nd owner, the yellow I repainted but the green is about 95% original.

On my way home today I stopped to gather some wild flowers for my wife…even after 40 years of marriage I love to see the light in her eyes as I come in the house with them!!
