1951 Massey Ferguson TO-20
I purchased this 1951 Ferguson TO-20 from a 78-year-old man who told me the story behind it. He said he bought it years ago from an elderly couple. The husband had passed, and she didn’t have transportation, so she used this tractor to go to church and the grocery store. I thought that was interesting. Anyway, he bought it from her and used the tractor for years of gardening.
He said with him getting older and the tractor needing work, it was time to let it go. So I purchased it and have bought several parts from your company to get it back going. I’ve had to rebuild the head and put a new head gasket in, a new carburetor, pet cock, seals, radiator, hoses, water pump, gas cap, and several other items, but it’s a good part of history. I’m sure it has more stories to tell if it could. Thanks for allowing me to share.
