When we purchased our house 6 years ago it was so overgrown with weeds and grass. We live on 3 acres and needed something that could handle the job until we could get the fence installed and the horses moved in.
My dad found this tractor for sale and talked us into buying it. I’m an Allis Chalmers girl so I was hesitant to purchase anything that wasn’t orange. We got this Famall H home and named her Helga. As far as we know she was all original and we were the 2nd owners.
The girls in front of Helga from left to right include Bree which is a 1-year-old Border Collie and Reba who is a 13-year-old Blue Heeler. Reba moved in with us when we purchased the house and Bree was an anniversary gift to my husband after his dog passed away. Both Bree and Reba love to play fetch and enjoy “helping” with the horses.
