Can you identify this?

A friend of mine asked if I would clean up and sell a pair of rear tractor wheels that were left in a shed on the property he purchased last year. I looked them over but couldn’t find any numbers or a manufacturer’s name on the rims.
The tires are Firestone. 9-24 4-ply 085997C. There are 18 spokes, not round or flat but slightly oval shaped.
We are curious to know who made these tractor rims and what tractor they fit on. Thank you for any help you can provide me.
Linda
