Allis Chalmers B

The story behind the B was my son and I pulled it in the shop one afternoon to install a new rear rim due to rust. Well I got to thinking how cool it would be to have our own lowered B so we started to see how hard it would be to lower and before we knew it I was chipping the front axle and it was no stopping at that point.
With a lot of weekends and week nights my son and I got it lowered. My son is now 6 years old and loves this tractor and going for rides on what he calls “his cool tractor”. We hope to add a set of fenders from a WD to finish the tractor off.

Hello. Saw that you’re in Winchester, Va and am hoping you can suggest a good/reliable source to repair and restore my grandfathers 1947 Farmall International Cub. It’s a 6volt and needs some help getting running. Thanks. Joe. Email: jec.design.llc@gmail.com. I’m in Maryland near Boonsboro.
How hard was it to switch everything around on the Allis Chalmers B to lower it?
