Allis Chalmers B

Allis Chalmers B
Before dressed with sheetmetal parts.
Our customer, Kenneth, in Idaho is doing a complete restoration on an Allis Chalmers B. He’s been purchasing everything to rebuild from Steiner.
Parts to rebuild the Fairbanks Morse magneto, new gauges, a new battery box, carb rebuild, a new steering wheel, various gaskets, eccentric style rear wheel clamps, seat cushions and hardware, muffler and raincap as well as various knobs, caps, cables and boots.
Thanks for being such a loyal customer, Kenneth! We can’t wait to see this project come together. Keep the pictures coming!

I just bought my first Allis Chalmers vintage tractor. A 1941 B. I’m looking for recommendations for attachments. Mainly belly mower deck and snow blade. Can anyone give me any advise, or recommend best attachments to pursue?
Thank you
Find a Woods L59 mower unless you plan to add a 3 point hitch to put a blade on. If you go with a 3 point, you will spend way less time and effort to switch from mowing to the blade.
I have a woods belly mower & front blade on a parts B that would mount right on yours. Mine is a 1948 B
The tractor pictured, is NOT an Allis B. All B’s had the steering arm under the toolbox drop down, and connect to the left side spindle.
The C had the steering arm go up, and connect to the worm gear under the radiator.
C’s had a wider final drive assembly and all had the 5 bolt hubs on the rear wheels. Some B’s had the 5 bolt rear wheels, but had a narrower stance. Most B’s had a tapered axle fit with the wheel center and held on with a single nut.
What color of orange is that? Looks sharp. I am interested in using that shade of orange to restore my Allis-Chalmers B. Thanks
