How do I tell a Ford 600 from 601?

The ’00’ series used an amp gauge and did not have a fuel gauge, they also had a 1 piece front grille.

The ’01’ series 1957-up used a dash light for generator charge indicator and had a fuel gauge, plus some sheet metal changes.
