I’ve always had a love for Allis Chalmers tractors and this 1953 WD45 is by far my favorite. Not only does it have the power and looks, it’s also been in the family for three generations. Originally bought new by my great grandfather in 1954 from North Star Implement located in North Star, Ohio this WD45 has resided in the family ever since. I purchased the WD45 from my Grandpa and Great Uncle in the Spring of 2010. As you might image, she had a lot of hours on her and needed a lot more than just paint to make her look new again. I began restoration immediately replacing much of the sheet metal and prepping her for paint. I finished the restoration in August of 2010 which was just in time for the Tri State Antique Engine and Tractor Show located in Portland, Indiana. This WD45 is now located in Jay County, Indiana about eight miles East of Bryant and is still used for recreational plowing and tractor pulls. Special Thanks to my buddy Lance as well as all my family and friends.

Terry writes: The 1950 International Harvester M truly has the heart of Steiner. I bought the tractor 2 years ago and with the help of the professional parts personnel at Steiner I now have it fully restored. I have restored and repaired many tractors but this one is my pride and joy! Many Thanks.

I've attached an image of 1 of my tractors driven by a friend at our local Canada Day Parade. This photo ended up in the local newspaper. The chrome stack as well as many other parts (not seen in the photo) came from Steiner Tractor when we refurbished this tractor.
We keep pushing the antique tractor interest at any events we can.
Best regards,
Ron Neeb
