My name is Tricia Morrissey and I have worked at Steiner Tractor Parts for 9 years. I check incoming orders before they go to shipping, set up new dealer accounts and when needed, or during any free time, I give a helping hand to coworkers in other areas. I translate correspondence from overseas or Canadian French speaking customers. But my best job is talking and taking care of the customers.
I have been married to my husband Sean for 18 years, and we have two boys, Christopher 15, and Logan 6. We have two dogs. Appa (my beast) is a Great Pyrenees he is 125 lbs and not yet 2. Chóchó is a malti-poo she is also under 2 years old and weighs under 10 lbs.
I take French and Japanese language classes. In my other free time I enjoy camping, hiking and overall just getting out to see nature.
This week we are featuring Patti Pierce. Patti works in Customer Service and runs the ‘Hotline’ for used parts.
My name is Patti. I was raised in Center County Pennsylvania where I met my husband Ted in 1991. We now live in Michigan in the Genesee County area. I have been married to my husband Ted for 17 years this past July. We have two sons. Travis (16) worked in the warehouse at Steiner Tractor Parts with me this summer. Trevor (13) spent 3-1/2 weeks in Virginia with his uncle Alan where he had a blast and would love to go back next year. We have 3 dogs. Tremor a 9 year old Chinese Crested, Ginger a 5 year old Miniature Pinscher, and our newest addition Aubrey, a 1 year old Doberman from Virginia. They are such a joy to go home to, they are never bored or need to go some where as the boys do. 😉

I love gardening, bowling and spending time with my family. We take walks around the Kearsley Golf course with the dogs. I also love to cook and bake. My youngest makes a killer fudge brownie that is his specialty. The rest of my time is spent running my youngest here and there, he doesn’t sit still for too long, always on the go.
I started out as part time when Steiner Tractor Parts was still located in Grand Blanc. I then stayed on with Dave and Sue Steiner in the salvage yard for 5-1/2 years where I learned plenty from Dave ‘the man’. In salvage we helped people locate the used parts that they needed that were not available new at Steiner Tractor Parts. I then transferred to Steiner Tractor Parts in Lennon where I have been for almost 2 years.
We are starting a new feature on our blog where we will introduce you to the Steiner Tractor Parts employees. We hope you enjoy a little peek into the lives of the people at the other end of the phone and all the others packing your orders and running things behind the scenes.
We are starting our “Featured Employees” section with Emily Rosser. Emily has worked at Steiners for 7 years as a Billing Clerk / Customer Service Rep.
My name is Emily and I have been married to John for 10 years. We have a 5 year old son named Wyatt and a 2 year old daughter named Aubrey. We live in Shiawassee county on 220 acres with our german shepherd/ timber wolf Rugar.
I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family. I also like hunting, fishing, playing softball & carting my son back and forth to hockey. (Yes I’m a hockey mom)
I was born and raised on the farm so I know first hand all of the blood, sweat and tears everyone puts into their farms and I try to instill the values and responsibilities I grew up with into my children so they can grow up with the same pride in the family farm that I did.
