1929 Allis Chalmers U

This is my 1929 Allis Chalmers model U that my uncle’s family bought brand new. It was used on their farm in Thief River Fall Minnesota for many years. Then it was driven into the woods in the early 1960’s and forgot about.

I would play on it as a young boy in the 1970’s until one day my uncle, Dad and I pulled it out and got it going once again. I brought it home to Michigan in 1990 when the farm was sold. Many great stories about this old tractor have been told and many memories now and still to come.
