OUR SHOW:
The Greensburg Power of the Past Club is a non-profit organization, founded in 1989, to promote interest in antique tractors.
The Greensburg Power of the Past is able to educate its members and the general public of the historical, technical, and social contributions and impact of these items of the past. One of the goals is to be involved in giving back to the local community. Our main goal is to preserve a part of our heritage for all generations and historians to enjoy.
All tractors and equipment that are 40 years old or older are welcome at the show. Come and see all the antique machinery used as the days gone by like; plows, disks, combines, planters, cultivators and many more. Not only will you be able to view the antique machinery, you will also get the opportunity to watch these machines operate.
Witness the saw milling with the almighty Steam engines and other various shows such as the noon whistles.
After enjoying the display/use of the antique machinery you can stroll through the flea market booths where you can purchase a variety of items including antiques, arts, crafts and collectibles.
There is an antique tractor pull on Thursday and Friday nights at 6 p.m. This is an event for farm tractors made before 1959 to test their pulling power and show off their restoration. This pull is a low gear percentage pull.
There are tractor games throughout the weekend, a parade of antique power on Saturday, grocery bingo, quilts on display, an old fashion fiddle contest, horse and pony pulls and even kids games on Saturday evening.
There will be a toy show on Saturday and Sunday. Our annual consignment auction is on Sunday morning.
Come and enjoy the fun and activities of the Greensburg Power of the Past.
The Greensburg Power of the Past has become one of Greensburg’s most recognized and well-attended event along with many tourist attractions like the famous Courthouse Tower Tree. We have had many visitors from different parts of the United States and Canada.

One of these traditions sits in the rural area of Cedar Falls. It is called Antique Acres. Founded in 1964, Antique Acres is best known for its yearly Old Time Power Show in August, which is dedicated to the preservation and operation of antique machinery. Here you will find exhibitors displaying collections of farming equipment of all kinds, jelly being made on an old fashioned wood stove, or horses pulling an antique plow. A “Parade of Power” from antique garden tractors to powerful steam engines, which put on a beautiful light show after dark, is only one of the 3-day show events. A museum at the Acres houses many old time and valuable pieces which can also be viewed during one of the many tours conducted for out-of-town groups, schools or just someone stopping by. A campground with shelter and stage are also available as well as an air-conditioned hall with kitchen facilities to meet your needs.
Looking for a place to hold your next event? Visit our facilities page for more information.
What we can offer you:
Air-conditioned Hall
Kitchen Facilities

January 2022
Welcome to the Southeast Wisconsin Antique Power and Collectibles Society Website.
Our Club was formed in 1991 and this is our 31st year and we host our Annual Show, Fall Harvest Days in September at the Racine County Fairgrounds.
Our Club’s Members have diverse interests including antique cars, farm equipment, crafts, tractors, small engines, toys, model trains etc.
Our Show this year is 9/10-12 and is featuring Minneapolis Moline.
We have a Club Picnic/Tractor Ride in July, a Plow Day in September and a Holiday Party in December.
We are always looking for new Members and especially volunteers to help at these events and at the Show.
We are trying something new this year for a Raffle. Thanks to Grove Outdoor Power located in Union Grove we are going to have a
Toro Zero Turn mower for 1st prize, a Toro walk behind for 2nd prize and a Stihl Chainsaw for 3rd prize. We will also have a Quilt Raffle along with this.
Last year we started a Drive a Tractor Program at the Show and it went over so well we will be doing this again. The youngsters enjoyed the experience as
some of them have never been on a tractor before, much less drive one. This is done with an adult on the tractor.
Please check our Website for updates and check out our Facebook Page,
Our Membership Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 at the Legion Hall in Union Grove.
If anyone has any questions please use the contact page on this Website and we will get back to you.
The Club has lost many Members and Member’s relatives in the past two years and their memories are with us.
Stay healthy and happy in 2022.
Thanks,
Randy Graf, President, Southeast Wisconsin Antique Power and Collectibles Society
