I always hate to pass up the opportunity for a great sunset photo, and I just happened to have the 1951 G out of the shed on the evening I took this picture. The light was just perfect for only a couple of minutes, and shortly after I snapped this picture, all of the beautiful highlights in the clouds, as well as the rainbow were gone. I’m so happy that I had the opportunity to not only take this picture, but also to share it with all of my great fellow Steiner customers in your 2017 calendar!

Hello:
I was raised on a John Deere Model B. I went everywhere with that tractor and accomplished all the farm work required as well. Nothing but sweet memories when I see a John Deere.
Best Regards

I have a John Deere 730 LP tractor with a wide front end that I would like to trade for a Ford 800 series gasoline tractor or a MF 135 tractor. JD has new front tires and one new rear tire, new LP fuel converter, fuel solenoid, light switch and all new fuel lines. New power steering hose and top steering box bearings. paint is faded but good condition!

There is no better sound than a G pulling hard plowing!

My Dad had a ’52 G that he bought used in 1962. The previous owner had made serious modifications to it, including M&W pistons and rods, replacing the head, among other things. It put out 64+ hp at the PTO, and would pull 3-16s eight inches deep in third gear.
