We received this story from Tom Laughlin at Kovia Production and thought our readers might enjoy it.
Hello,
I am getting in touch to put out the word that an old red Wisconsin farmer friend of mine is featured as he bales hay with his 1951 Farmall M and McCormick 45 baler in the latest episode of, “American Barn Stories and Other Tales From the Heartlands”. The series is seen on PBS stations across the country and may be available through your local PBS provider. If you haven’t noticed the series on your local PBS station you can feel free to call them and ask for it, kind of like getting a book from the library, and they can then contact me at the contact info shown below to have the Master sent to them.
The farmer friend is ‘Art the Farmer’ from Lima Center, Wisconsin and I met him 13 years ago when I began shooting and Producing the ‘American Barn Stories’ series. We’ve been friends ever since and I really enjoy watching him run his 1951 Farmall M, Super MTA and more. And he’s actually included with his red tractors in each of the three shows that start the series.
There’s more information on the shows at www.americanbarnstories.net
If your local PBS affiliate needs my contact information to order the Master they can reach me at:
