This is a 1949 John Deere Cyclone B Fully restored in 2008 and used regularly on the farm and in parades. It runs like a deer. The tractor cost $1,000 and I spent about $800 on restoration which included new front tires. The tractor was stripped to the engine and chassis. Sand blaster was used to clean the engine and other casting. It required some welding and lots of elbow grease and sand paper. I rebuilt the shutter in front of the radiator to help control engine temperature. I am using an 8 volt battery in it.
