So, we’ve been reading a lot about social networking and how online customers expect and like it when retailers engage in social networking with their customer. We are interested in learning if our customers have Facebook or Myspace Pages? If so, feel free to leave a comment and let us know if that is a media that you would like Steiner Tractor Parts to enter into. Also, are any of our tractor friends communicating via Twitter? This is a relatively new service. The idea of it is that you send out brief messages throughout the day that answer the question: What are you doing? Would you be interested if Steiner Tractor Parts communicated through these services? We are committed to providing exactly the level of service that our customers expect and appreciate. So, if we get enough comments, we might venture into social networking. Let us know what you think about these ideas! Also, if you are using other social networking media such as LinkedIn or others I may not have heard of, let us know.

Yes, I use Facebook to keep track of many of my friends. I love the My Farm game too. Seems pretty easy to use for mature audience. I was invited to join Linkedin but have not explored it much. facebook on the other hand is fun and easy and I check it daily.

Hello I am a grandma to a 14 year old boy who has been to Steiner’s many times in Mi.
He got a hat, it was a white mesh hat with navy blue on the hat. He was so upset cause we can’t find the hat anywhere. I am not sure if I happened to donate it to other kids in the area in error.
I am willing to buy the hat.

Please email me lisa@steinertractor.com I would be happy to replace the hat for your grandson!
